I have used this place a couple of times and everytime it is the same problem. You walk in, and ask for a treatment (threading) and you get told its a 5 minute wait, always a 5 minute wait. 30 minutes later and you are still waiting! I went in today as well, was told 5 to 7 minutes, so I asked her to be exact as I was on my lunch break. She said 5-7 minutes, just need to put foil on this customers nails. Fair enough...then they go into a conversation, which is obviously delaying the procedure. The customer said that you can do the ladies threading first. Which was kind of her. The therapist came and asked me what I wanted so I told her. She said why don't you have waxing as it is quicker, I said no, I want threading. The therapist continues to say how much time it will take. She asked me if she could quickly foil the other customers remaining hand. I said sure...not realising that she would be filing etc. Still being told 5 minutes. Another conversation with the 2 started again...I just got up and walked out.I appreciate that you have a customer but be honest about how long you will take, so the other person can decide if they want to wait or come back.Totally unprofessional and rude staff.Just found out that the other customer" was a member of staff!!!"

This place is fabulous!! My mate recommended it, it is so relaxing in here. The threading was on point.

Needed a last minute Hollywood wax, but also had just started my period and thankfully, they were the only ones nearby who were willing to do it. The service was amazing! So friendly and welcoming and the wax was probably the most painless one that I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and treatments, this is my go to place for eyebrows and am always really happy with the service and cleanliness of the salon. I recently treated my self to a Korean facial which was so relaxing and left my skin fresh and glowing. Highly recommend

Highly recommend. As a male it’s sometimes hard to find places for facials but one call and was able to book the same day. Staff was friendly and welcoming and facial was relaxing. Will definitely be returning soon!

Went along on the recommendation of a friend. So pleased she told me me about this gem of a salon. Had a half leg wax, cleansing facial & Indian Head massage. The therapists couldn't have been nicer. My skin is glowing & I am so relaxed. Already booked my next treatment!

I go to this place often to do my eyebrows the past few months the service has gone down hill I’m constantly asking the staff to keep my eyebrows thick and they proceed to thin them down. They refuse to take accountability and have told me “this is what will suit your face” when in reality - this is not what I paid for. I thought maybe we’d make some progress if I showed a picture and said keep my eyebrows thick like this pic after growing my eyebrows for two months. They had the audacity to tell me the eyebrows looks the same and refused to apologise or acknowledge their fault. Instead they blamed me for showing a photo and still charged me full price. I won’t go back there again. Have a look at these pics side by side and tell me honestly are they the same !
