Rotherlea Care Home - Shaw healthcare

I was working there as a carer mostly on dementia units. I really enjoyed work there. My colleagues was friendly and supportive. Management very good. Ther really appreciate good staff working hard. I was working only 11 months but the Menager told me if I move in that area again the door that place will be open for me. Just to call her. Which that time make me cry.That was really nice to hear that.

I am a pharmacist doing medication reviews in Rotherlea Care Home and I am very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, how easy they are to communicate with, and how well they know and care about their residents. The home itself is very clean and there is nearly always nice music playing for the residents when I go to visit.

Very friendly and personable staff going out of their way to care for my Grandmother.

A grate team management are fair approachable and love working there
