While I understand they are busy on Saturdays I find it poor practice not to answer the phone on 6 separate occasions throughout the day. IT was a garanteed sale but not any more.

I found staff to be a little stuck up and reluctant to smile... although the jewellery is extensive yet impressing... staff could do with a crash course in customer services.It feels like staff have better things to be doing.

Brought a necklace and bracelet for a birthday present was told could bring back if they dont fit, but have been refused exchange dueto scratched but not worn. Both in original box. Discussed with them not going back and will inform all my family and friends to put bad reviews and comments on your website staff unhelpful at Darlington
