Cannot fault the service. Answered call immediately, came to the house within 30mins and issue was fixed with replacement part stocked in the van within another 30mins. Will definitely use again if we have other appliances faults.

Had Chris come down a few days ago, and was so impressed and happy with the service. Was able to get in touch with him straight away, he told me when he was available, and came when he said. He couldn't find any fault with my machine, after having a very good look, but was still able to find a cause (the way we were using the machine). He didn't take any fee at the visit, saying to let him know how it goes. And it's been a few days and has been absolutely fine. Exceptional service and I would definitely recommend him!

Phoned with a broken washing machine (tripping the fuse). Chris was polite and friendly on the phone, and fixed the machine (incl. replacement parts) on-the-spot the next morning. Good value and very trustworthy service.
