Called Excel services to attend my broken washing machine and what a service. Mr Ansar really went out of his way to attend at a time that suited me well and was able to repair the machine the same day promptly and efficiently.Machine has been going strong for 6 months now. I'm really impressed will deffo be using excel services again for any further issues.

I called for a repair to warming drawer Bosch, told recommend get a new one...! no thanks please replace the part... still waiting a month later??????

Had a problem with my oven as it wasn’t heating up properly. I was recommended Excel Services by a work colleague, called up Ansar in the morning and he managed to come that same afternoon. Extremely happy with the quick and professional service received from Mr Choudhry. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you again Excel Services!

Called up excel services and got an appointment quickly .my dishwasher was fixed within 20 minutes . Very happy with the service given . Highly recommend .

I called Mr Ansar M Choudhry from Excel Services on 28 June 2021, as my refrigerator and freezer stopped working. He came on the following day and after looking into it, he made the motor hum again and we thought it was solved. He charged me £72 but I paid him £75. (I’m a pensioner and live on my own: it’s a lot of money for me.) However, a few days later, I realised that although the fridge was indeed humming, it wasn’t cooling: my freezer was completely defrosted. I called Mr Choudhry again and begged him to come back and look into the fridge again. He said he would come on the following day, at about lunchtime.I made sure I stayed at home on the following day and after 12 o’clock I didn’t even venture to the back garden so I could hear the bell. I even left the door ajar, so he could pop in. I waited and waited till I called him at 3 pm. He said he had to come to the door of my house, he rang the bell and knocked at the door but no one answered and that he was now too far away to come back. Really? And he didn’t try to call me? I was furious. If he had rung the bell I would have heard it; I am not deaf.Cutting a long story short, my refrigerator wasn’t repaired and I am £75 out of pocket.Mr Choudhry, if you want me to amend this review, please return my money.

Was recommended by my friend as my fridge was not working. Mr choudhry was able to fix it for a very affordable price. I would definently use again

Excellent service from start to finish the engineer called arranged appointment and was very professional. Explained all the extra things that could be wrong with the appliance and gave Excellent tips on how to manage for less breakdowns. Overall very impressed and would highly recommend.

Came to repair my dishwasher, now it cuts out the electrics in my property and they wont responsibility to my calls or messages,So I'm still down £170 and still have no working dishwasher,
