Excellent food and coffee. Tasted new menu before launch, simply wonderful. Quality food accompanied by superb very exclusive own house gin and excellent wines.

First time in plockton but found this, hard to find, lovely coffee shop with great friendly service and a good selection of hand made cakes . Looking forward to my next yummy visit.

After 3 weeks in Scotland, this was our worst meal experience. We ordered 1 sausage roll (warmed up), 1 slice of cake and 2 coffees after being told we couldn’t have soup as the hot plate was broken. We were served a cold sausage roll and a pie! The sausage roll was replaced with a warm one and the pie with a very dry piece of cake. The coffees were small and barely warm. Instead of complaining again, we paid 16 pounds which we thought was excessive and queried only to be told,”yes we are expensive”. We don’t mind paying for good service and quality food,but this certainly wasn’t the case today.

Like a speakeasy. Cozy. Good food.Like the idea of ‘green’ cutlery and plates but... I don’t think it’s much of a replacement for real cutlery and plates.

Very nice cafe with delicious coffee and cakes. Also lots of other grocery offers. Nice interior, friendly staff and even a little view of the water through the windows.

Very nice cafe with a big offer of varios cakes, sandwiches, even gluten free stuff. Good coffee and nice stay at the fireplace.

The cafe is pleasant and has unusual bench seating, papers and books ard provided for customer use which is a welcome addition. We felt let down, however, with the tea, latte and scones we purchased. Grossly overpriced and everything served up with plastic cups, plates and cutlery. Customers appear to have to clear the table afterwards as there is a large bucket nearby. Not what we expect from a cofe stop. Not at that price.
