Great store Very kind owner ,very helpful and polite .Fantastic prices .Highly recommend this store for buying a very well priced phone and repairs and gaming needs and has lots of other things for sale . Glad i found this place . Will be going again .

Decent price quick turn around

It's up alot of steps and when you do finally get there the staff were disinterested and didn't seem to want to bother with my repair as it was deemed too much of an hassle for them. The range of second hand mobiles they had consisted of 3 at that moment in time all of which where very poor grade and not very competitively priced. All in all not worth the hassle climbing up all those steps

Upgraded my phone at Tesco which they set it up for me but had to wait a couple of days before I could use it untill my old number and new network which is now tesco, had to set up.When it did set up I could receive incoming calls but that was all as it needed a password which I didn't know.Took it back to Tesco and the assistant tried to reset it but couldn't do it and suggested that I took it to Gizmos. My daughter tried to reset it with no luck, so on the Saturday took it to Gizmos and although Martin tried to reset it he was getting the same as my daughter and had no luck.Martin suggested that I leave it with him as he was going it somewhere that he was 99% that he could do it, he put my simple from my new phone into my old phone so I could still use my old phone.I collected my phone on the Tuesday morning and Martin had fixed it and was pleased with how much he charged which was very reasonable.My daughter set my new phone up for me and am so pleased I can now use my new phone.Big Thank You To Martin would Recommend Gizmos 100%

Do not use this place to get your phone repaired. In my opinion you are better off going straight to your network provider as you will get a proper repair done.I took my phone there to have the back replaced, I had to take it back a couple of days later because the back came off as it wasn't fixed property. Apart from excuses the only advice I got was that I should have put my phone into a protective case.I wish I went to my network provider to have the repair done as my phone is now unsellable.
