Everyone was polite and helpful, always being happy to give advice on the process for us, as we are first time buyers.Kathrine was dealing with the purchase of our property and she has been the most incredible help throughout the sale, we genuinely would not of been able to get through this without her. If you’re looking for 5 star services, then Lawler’s is the best of the best.

The team at Lawler looked after the sale of my home in Stockport recently. They went above and beyond to not only sell my home but to ensure we were able to get into our new build property. Although the entire team were fantastic, Kathrine takes the rock star award for agents. She was always friendly, more than helpful and had the patience of a saint when dealing with our builders and solicitor. Kathrine always had time for us even though she was very busy and that is just part of the great service they provided us. Fantastic service from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Lawler & Co. I initially dealt with Alan when I wanted to market the property. Alan is a professional agent & a genuinely good guy. He was very thorough, knowledgeable & put me at ease. As soon as the property was placed on the market, the team worked well with potential purchasers & within the first few days, there were several offers. I dealt with both Nathan & Melanie and their feedback & service was excellent. Lawler & Co carried out the viewings & I felt confident in the whole team. We agreed a sale quickly & I then dealt with Kathrine. Kathrine provided fabulous service, she was always available to provide an update or response to an email and was key to ensuring the sale progressed quickly and kept all parties informed. I chose to sell my property with Lawler & Co as it seemed the majority of houses in the Hazel Grove area were being listed with them and I figured they must be doing something right - I wasn't disappointed. Very responsive and efficient group. Our house purchase was a relatively smooth experience as communication was great with Lawler & Co. They always helped us book house viewings around our schedule and updated us on relevant properties. Olivia in particular was lovely to liaise with. They also gave us a fab moving gift box when we collected the keys ☺️

Sold my house with Lawler & Co, everyone in the office was always very helpful and knowledgeable, never a problem reaching anyone to speak to and always emailed me back. Molly was great, working hard behind the scene following up with all the involved parties and so managed to get it all completed on time! Would defiantly use again and recommend !
