Picked up the wrong person. Left me stranded at the station late for an appointment. Couldn't get through to call them back. What kind of cabby doesn't ask for a name when picking up from a busy station. You can't get a taxi for blood nor money here make other arrangements if you can

On the 17/8/18 I booked unicorn taxie 2.30 that said they was on there way. I was with my 3 kids hour later still not arrived even after several calls ..no answear terrible!!

Booked taxis online, these taxis never showed. Do not use this company, truly the most awful service I have ever received. Even visited face to face and promised calls back but still to this day, nothing. As a local business I will be sure to never recommend.

We booked a drop off and pick up. Young children with us and we have been left stranded!! Do not answer the phone. Really poor service! Do NOT RISK USING!!

Do not use!We booked on line and received a confirmation text.The taxi did not arrive and 10 minutes after the booked time we called and got an automated message confirming our booking. When we got through to an operator she said she had no record of the booking. So then we asked them to send a taxi asap we got the reply oh sorry we can't". We hung up and rang another firm who were great and arrived quicker than their estimate. If in Stratford

Would give zero if I could! See other reviews- avoid avoid avoid. Pre booked cab for anniversary meal and they didn't turn up. They then pretended the cab had turned up and we weren't there so he left - we had been stood outside for 15 mins! When we pulled them up on this, they said they would get the guy to turn around and come back which they didn't - they actually contacted a guy working for another cab company to rescue them! Think they are called unicorn as they don't exist!

Not even worthy of one star. Absolutely useless. Why take a booking if you aren’t going to turn up? Booked to take a disabled passenger and agreed and extortionate fee but then didn’t turn up anyway, leaving an elderly disabled passenger unable to join her family for Sunday lunch. Fuming. If you book them be prepared for the no show.

Automated service puts your cab into a queue - there is absolutely no indication that this is the case. Absolute joke of a company. Companies deserve to be put out of business by Uber.

Most of the drivers are nice people but the service itself can be terrible. Once you've booked a taxi they wont pick up again.
