First Space Fitness

Signed up to First Space from a friends recommendation and so happy I joined. Lee leads some brilliant classes which change daily to hit all different body parts. All classes are 45mins - 1 hour which includes a warm up and stretching. The classes are great fun and you get 121 coaching throughout to help with perfecting form on an exercise. Excellent set up and highly recommend!! 5*

A brilliant gym and Lee is an excellent coach! Each class is different and pushes you to achieve your best potential! I have learned so much already. The classes are well suited to anyone wanting to get into strength training, whether you have done it before or not!

Recently joined First Space Fitness and I am extremely impressed with the classes led by Lee. A great community feel within the gym and led by a coach who pushes you when you need to be pushed. No day is the same and with the variation of exercises, it prevents any boredom!! 50 minutes is the perfect length of time for the classes. Extremely impressed and would recommend to anybody wanting to get into strength training.

Recently joined and absolutely love it. Wide variety in all classes, help on hand throughout the sessions and a super friendly atmosphere. My daughter also attends the young lifters and loves it too!

Great first session last night with Lee and the group. Lee was always on hand to guide and support throughout the session.Will be back for more
