I tried ordering food over the phone. The guy answering just said wait there and left me hanging for 4min with no reply so I hung up. I called back and the guy was just coming across very rude and told me to hurry up with my order, never once apologised or appeared to give a damn about the customer. Awful service from this 1 man. I didn't order from here because of him. I won't order from here again as I've spoke to that same worker before. He should not be dealing with customers.Only redeeming part is the food is pretty good when it arrives but the service is awful at times

Absolutely loved going to this restaurant every other day back when I was in Coventry.Good service, the staff was extremely friendly and the food was always warm and delicious.I miss it a lot and can't wait to be back there next year.

Right little gem !From the outside the sign is old so you know they do good food and been around for a whileOverwhelmed with the kitchen size and menu, you want it. These guys gots it!Friendly staff and great tasting burgersWe had these at work today. I was starving…I had the chicken. Perfect spice. Great tasting fresh chips and a decent price. Wish I had the kong burger looked very nice. See the last pic. Could have easily had all three. They are best burgers I’ve had for a while.Need to get this again.Great work guys. See you soon and keep it up

This was my only meal for the day as a dinner and I felt sick after eating half a burger.The fries was nice but most of the food was cold, but it was cheap food

Multiple Hairs was in the food, when calmly advising the owner that there was hair in the pizza, he denied it being his, then told us to never shop here again.Was also denied a full refund, even though we ate barely any of the food
