Came here looking for a new winter as I've had my current one a while now. There was a wide range of coats in-store and all of them reduced. Managed to find a thick waterproof one for £60. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Went in to buy a coat. Very quiet first thing in the morning. Car parking was busy as normal. The prices were fantastic and would make me go back especially in the Winter Sale. The prices full price would be too expensive for me though.

Outstanding service. Swapped an older pair of boots that had started leaking with no quibbles and were exceptionally helpful with choosing a different pair. Can't sing their praises enough.

Extremely poor service. They advertise a product as in stock, take your money, leave you wait a couple of days and then email you to say it's out of stock!!! Won't bother using these again!!
