Took my watch in as the clasp wasn't working and asked for a new one. I was informed that the existing one was probably repairable - it was then repaired within the hour at no cost. Amazing customer service

Popped in today for a ring evaluation, what excellent service, both on the phone prior to my visit, and during. A beautiful shop, with an actual workshop on site for repairs. They also do watch batteries. Wonderful customer service. Thankyou!

Poor customer service with two members of staff telling me different things. Didn’t have any of the three rings in my size I chose and was told my size was the most popular and they’d have to order them in store anyway however I was then told I’d have to pay £150 deposit by a different member of staff to order the rings in just for me to try on !!!My mother who brought me my gift voucher was issued a refund and I purchased my rings elsewhere hassle free . Would not recommend and certainly won’t be using this store again . I felt really disappointed.I will say though the young man that tried helping me at the start was very polite and had great customer service skills he was a little embarrassed himself on the stores part and apologised but perhaps the other staff members could take a leaf out of his book as I felt they were rude and unhelpful .

Highly Recommend. Came in a couple of weeks ago to get a necklace detangled and polished as well as a battery replaced in my watch. Was done in 30 minutes and super affordable too! Really friendly staff.

I visited the store four times in the space of about as many weeks to secure this beautiful Tissot PRX 80. Every single visit was an excellent experience, especially when compared to even Watches of Switzerland. Paul and his team easily facilitated my purchase, and Paul even went out of his way to try and find the manual for the PRX 80 powermatic, which Tissot themselves don't seem to even ship with their watches. I was more than happy to wait while he looked.The staff are all friendly, and you're made to feel welcome no matter what you're in there for. I absolutely recommend them, especially if you're looking for a local registered dealer of Tissot. I can't stress enough how helpful everyone involved was. Terrific local store that deserves all the success in the world!

Jade Briggs was very friendly, helpful and kind and she served us in a relaxed manner with a lovely smile. She was so considerate to my wife’s wishes and nothing was too much trouble whilst we made our purchase. It was our second visit to this store and it was a pleasure, especially shopping locally.
