I had excellent support from the security and ushers team at the hearing I attended on 15 Nov.Disabled parking was arranged and a request for a power socket for my portable HEPA filter was actioned.The whole team were so kind and so lovely, and made a stressful day easier to bear. Thank you all.

Telephone service is extremely poor. Why is my call repeatedly turned away with no opportunity to join a queue? I need to make an urgent enquiry about a divorce. Put more staff on answering the phone. PUT MORE STAFF ON ANSWERING THE PHONE.

I attended a hearing on the 23rd. Very friendly and helpful staff. Usher Jane did a fantastic job and answered many questions asked by myself and my support person. It can feel intimidating going to court but it made the experience better being greeted by friendly staff.
