Hosts are lovely! I had an early checkout, I had to leave before breakfast started. After letting them know, they made me a care package with pastries and fruit to take with me. Room was great too!

Clean, comfortable, walking distance to city centre. What's not to like. Save some cash and book direct. Would definitely stay there again.

Very bad hospitality manners.I didn’t know the checkout was at 10, so at 10:05, while I was sleeping, the manager walks in the room and I had to tell him I am asleep I will be out in an hour. They kept knocking on the door every 10 minutes for the following hour. At the end I opened to a guy telling me : get dressed and go.Very poor professionalism. Won’t do it again

The costumer service was the worst we've ever saw and the people were very rudeWe were told that we would not be checked in even though we had little kids. Kids wanted to use Wash room. They said to go and book another hotel and then give them a proof then come back, then they will check us in. We waited in the parking lot for more than 2 hours trying to sort things out.The staff didn't even try to help us.Lots of good places to live around this place

Good value clean rooms within walking distance of the city, colleges and river. A warm welcome was extended both in correspondence beforehand, and then on arrival. The rooms appear to be fairly small/cosy but generally represent good value in that location,

I booked a single room with sharing showers and toilets via official website so including free breakfast. Arrived at Sportsview before checking in time. I was happy that the receptionist let me check in earlier because the room was ready. Room was cosy and clean so were showers and toilets. Breakfast was nice. I had a pleasant stay. A bit distance from the railway station, bus stops right in front of the guest house. Walkable to town.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of the city centre. I stayed in one of the small single rooms with en-suite - it was small as some people have said but that’s precisely what I expected and paid for - it seems illogical to me that people complain about it when the website is very clear! The staff were really nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious and the shower was great!!

Simple guest house accommadation. Clean and tidy, staff friendly. Room and en suite was clean and tidy. Didn't have breakfast as we were only staying one night. Great location for visiting Oxford City centre. Plenty of buses and taxi fare reasonable. Great place for a little city escape.

Great value and fantastic location with easy access into Oxford city centre. Rooms were always neat and tidy. Most importantly, the hosts were wonderful people! Always attentive, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely visit again.
