first visit today, definitely will be returning ☺️Everything we had was tasty, hot, and flavoursome. only criticism was the bread that came with our starters (was way too hard - like eating a large crouton).Bit on the expensive side, but it was a birthday meal, so we had an excuse.loved the robot waiter - decor is very good.service was spot on. friendly & attentive and not too overpowering.

Always great service and a fantastic range if you are prone to allergies. Our dining party usually includes 2 vegans and 2 gluten free people and bella's menu never disappoints. In fact i dont think they have ordered the same dish twice due to the range.Staff are super friendly and accommodating.Whilst others enjoy pastas and pizzas, i am a big fan of bella's cheeseburger with an extra patty...always hits the spot!

Took a trip with my husband as he’d never tried Bella Italia before. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who was very helpful from the get go. He asked if we’d been before, about allergies and even laughed at my partners awful joke! We were seated promptly with menus and had our drinks order taken within 3 minutes of being sat down. We completed the order online which made our experience a lot better as I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision on food. There was a quirky little waiter robot with a kitten face going around the restaurant with peoples food on. Put a smile on my face as I’d never seen such a thing before. It was cute and really enjoyed seeing it go past to the gelato station!! Food came quickly even though the restaurant was slightly busy, was delicious and filling.We will definitely be back :)

Booked online and went straight in (when we came out there was a line to go in), got a good table. Friendly greeter and servers, especially Becky who was very helpful. We were intrigued by the remote control/electronic waiters but glad they were just supporting the staff.The food was reasonably priced as we shared a couple of courses and the food was hot and didn't take too long to come. I do wish we could get black pepper on the table but that's not a major issue.All the food was good, the service good and staff friendly. We did have Tesco vouchers to use so that convinced us to come but we enjoyed the experience and will be back.

Bought my mom here Saturday for her Birthday lunch and we all had a lovely time.4 of us had the 3 course set meal and it was excellent value for money.We also had one of the children's meals which my youngest daughter loved. Great portion sizes for a kids meal.Service was attentive but not over the top and our waitress was lovely.Kids loved the robots. Great novelty.Couldn't resist a dessert! Cookie dough was amazing!Restaurant very clean and decor was nice.We always have a good experience here. Menu suits everyone and a really relaxed atmosphere.Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and 2 daughters popped in for dinner and it was a great experience. The food was very good, better than what you would expect from a chain brand. The staff were all excellent and interacted enough without bothering you. Robot waiters entertained the kids and it was a nice place to be. Well done.
