Pulled in with a puncture in a car that my wife had hired for my 50th birthday, a Ferrari 488.While the guys didn’t have a tyre in stock they not only provided a free report on all the tyres, discovered that the failed tyre was bald, they also established one of the other tyres was almost illegal and that another had a bulge. They then offered a secure parking space while we awaited RAC recovery and wouldn’t accept any payment.Outstanding friendly, professional service to a slightly frazzled non-customer.Thanks again guys!!

Once again Martin went out of his way to make my life easier after I kerbed a wheel & Black Circles had a glitch with tyre delivery. He saved me a 100 mile round trip by finding a slot Sat morning when tyres unexpectedly arrived! The whole team swung into action & all sorted in 30 minutes. This is old-school customer service & engagement - oh so rare now. Thanks again.

Great experience! Some garages can be a bit daunting for us ladies but not so here. Very friendly service, good prices with some special deals to be found online and with Sainsburys across the road you can get the shopping done while you wait! Will definitely return.

Been to these guys a couple times now. Called up today around midday for an issue I had with my cars suspension, they managed to fit me in the afternoon and sorted the problem in half an hour! Really helpful staff will keep coming back.
