I was here to fix there Spraybooth.Like the place so much I am looking to use it for my and my sons classic cars.

Shocking business. They have had my car for 8 days. The work to be done is minor and would take a few hours. They have left me without a car as hire car had to go back. Its my fault as 4 day lead is only an estimate. Also took from September to get this minor work done as someone backed into my car. Still haven't had car back and now don't have a car for important funeral on Monday. This company is a con company. Do not use even if insurer wants you to.

Absolutely fantastic, Chris and the team were excellent from initial point of contact, estimate, booking in, dropping off, kept updated during the repair, the collection.Standard of work and communication 100%I have absolutely no doubt in recommending them.Well done, keep up the good work.

Have been using Brairsford for many years on many cars, always a first class service from booking to collection.Just picked my car up for front end cosmetics, they done the work perfectly and also other bits which needed doing out of courtesy.Would have no hesitation to recommend this company.

Insurance Company sent me here but if you had to put your car in anywhere I would choose them above anyone . From taking the car in and their down to earth wonderful staff i would recommend them with my five stars any day of the week. What a wonderful ethos the Company has!

Excellent desk/phone staff. Work which was done not so excellent. Once I got the car back I thought it was all sorted. Until I realised the rear light that had been replaced had the bulbs wired incorrectly. Took to a local garage that I trust to check it. They identified multiple issues including bad paint job (orange peel")

Not a place to take your vehicle, not only carry out poor repairs but refuses to accept independent engineers report identifying items of concern. Car returned in a condition where it failed its MOT. In collusion with AA insurance then spent more on Solicitors and Barristers fees ensuring that I would not get a fair hearing in court by using court procedure. I would suggest do not be tempted by AA to take your car to this garage and have a hassle free repair. Not insured by AA it was just the fact that their vehicle damaged mine whilst stationary. when vehicle correctly repaired the repairer could not understand such a poor repair could have been completed. Photos available to prove poor standards and will send to anyone interested.

Truly awful. My car was sent here via my insurers for a minor repair. They had three failed attempts to repair the damage. Eventually my insurer sent their own assessor to confirm the repair was unsatisfactory. It was sent to another repairer who had to replace panels damaged by Briarsford and respray 60% of the car. I haven't even mentioned the farce over my MOT that they failed to deal with professionally. I've only given one star because I had to - Zero stars is not an option. I hope this was just an isolated incident and they learn from my experience.

Absolutely outstanding service for car hire support owing to an accident couldn’t fault the staff or service went above and beyond for us great communication and speedy turnaround thoroughly recommend them. Staff and service outstanding and professional thank you so much. Xx
