Relatively poor service, sent someone in to get imperial bolts gave them an example bolt, ended up with wrong thread (metric), wrong diameter and wrong length. I had to go back myself to get it sorted, a real rookie error for an engineering supplier. Unfortunately not the first time its been so wrong. An hour of my time (plus the original trip) for £0.80 worth of bolts can't run a business on than.

It would be better if they had prices on things. Most things are usually cheaper than you will find elsewhere. The more expensive things are normally very good quality.
