Absolutely ridiculous, it's virtually impossible to try get an appointment. Been calling for days, you just get cut off everytime you call with a messege saying please try again later as the lines are busy. Cant even go hanley walk in centre either as they have shut it down!

Disgusting service doctors are really rude makes loads of mistakes and always blame you for it manager is only covering her own staff . This place did so many mistakes in 9 years I am as a customer it’s unbelievable even missed my mums stroke ! Avoid at all costs and everything happens for a reason happy to move out from area as you get treated like animal in this place !!! Thanks for a wrong medications and rude behaviour karma will get you all one day ….

My first time here , I didn't feel welcome at all. Was spoken to parrot fashion almost robot like. Got the impression the reception staff couldn't care less whether I was there or not. The place itself looked clean and well organised but the reception staff didn't seem happy or engaging in their approach. We as patients don't expect favouritism we just want to be made to feel welcome. And for my first time I didn't feel that at all. Finally , I could understand it if it was busy but I was the only one waiting at the time .

It was my first time going to Shelton Primary Care Centre and was getting my contraceptive implant changed. The staff was so nice with me and so kind and reassuring as I was so nervous. Definitely recommend this place

Receptionist Ann marie is amazing always happy smiling and really cares about people. Dr John is the most amazing doctor I have ever been under. He will do all that he can to help you. And he really listens to his patients. He makes you feel so comfortable and makes you feel so at ease. Dr Philips is another wonderful doctor who really cares about her patients.
