Good location, quick walk into town.Waited over ten minutes to get access to our room due to not being sent any checking in details. No staff on hand to help. The room itself was filthy, and not prepared for our arrival. Escorts had people coming in and out throughout the night. We were given the wrong room, a tiny room without seating area as described. We were however, changed rooms on the second night but it ruined the stay a little bit.Once this was sorted, we were more than thrilled with our stay.

Very Comfy and you get a lot considering what you pay for! Very clean and the check in and check out it super straight forward. Just grab your room keys and sleep and when you check out just leave them in the entrance.

Rooms are spotlessly clean, radiators and water is piping hot, beds are very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be staying here again. Big thanks to the manager B for all his help and direct support. 10/10.

Initial review 5*. Comfortable, reasonably priced, great location, management and cleaning staff are friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. But I have two recommendations (updated March 22 to 2*), unless you have a lot of luggage (we did from traveling for a few months) don't stay in room 1. The noise of the doors closing are a bit annoying and the people that smoke out front of the hotel and next door is a pain. If you have the windows open you choke to death.2. Don't leave anything in plastic bags that look like garbage or you'll lose them. Shoes don't walk out on their own, they get pitched by mistake. Not mine. But no one admits anything. So I'm out shoes and who gives a s.Management are helpful to a point when you are there, but the moment you leave then no, it's not their problem. As I said shoes don't walk out the door or throw themselves away. Not impressed with booking.com or the hotel.

Very clean and tidy room with modern decor and the usual facilities for a stay away.My only criticism was that the room we stayed in was very small with not much storage compared with the images we'd seen on the booking website.This hotel has very minimal face to face interaction, however the communication before and during our 2 night stay was excellent and even a slight hiccup with car parking permits was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

A terrible stay. Paid for 2 parking permits but didn’t receive any during our stay and haven’t been refunded. The place wasn’t even a hotel with no staff onsite. Rooms are not even apartments just small rooms with a microwave. Wi-Fi is unsecured so not safe to use. Don’t stay here is my advice.

Lovely. Had issue getting key out of key safe but sorted immediately. Clean, comfortable and I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed :)

When my wife and baby got there in the evening there was no hot water. The hotel sent someone to to investigate but there was still no hot water. I've communicated with them for a week asking for some kind of refund but they are no longer responding. We had a 1 year old baby who we could not wash and noe could my wife, after a full day of driving. Poor service.

Awful place, unresponsive staff, area looks like a dump and the parking is a joke! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, avoid!! There are better places to stay locally for a little bit more money which is what I ended up doing. I wouldnt give this place 1 star.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean throughout. Plenty of towels for our stay. Room had iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, dishes, cutlery, kettle, tea, coffee and milk with a small mini fridge. Everything you would need was provided for. Hotel arranged our parking permit before we arrived.Great location. Will definitely return.
