Highly recommend JPA Surveyors, their reports are so thorough with evidence photographs also added. Such brilliant, quick, friendly and amazing service. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I recently instructed JPA surveyors to conduct a survey on a property I was intending to purchase. The report was thorough and appropriately pointed out that the property had suffered from past subsidence. A conversation with Mr Clayton revealed that this would be something I would have to live with should I purchase the property. I decided against the purchase but was happy to employ Mr Clayton’s services again for an alternative property. Once again I was most impressed with the report which came complete with photographs of areas which he opined required repair. He highlighted for me the fact that this property was free of any sign of subsidence or settlement and also advised fully as to what to do next regarding the potential repairs. Not only were both reports very clear and easy to understand but my conversation with Mr Clayton was also. I would be very happy to use JPA Surveyors again and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
