Had to bring our little dog Baxter in to be checked over after emergency vet while away on holiday.He was 14 and his time had come the nurses and Jordana were all very caring and made letting him go that little bit easier.The service we have been given over the years has been excellent and we can not thank you enough.

I have used 608 a lot over the past year for my dog Milly, who has had some serious health issues. All the staff - vets, nurses, receptionists and everyone else have been fantastic. I feel that they are absolute miracle workers. The care they give to animals is first class and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am lucky to have such a great practice so near. Thank you 608, particularly Jordana and Patricia.

Excellent vet care, main surgery is Solihull for any out of hours care needed, always taken the best care of our dogs, cannot fault them

Never used the vets since they sent my beloved dog to the council refuge when he died Although we all went in to the vets and arranged with the practice in person to have a private cremation and for his ashes to be bought back to me Totally heartbroken and ive never got over it Im crying now writing this My dog was like my child and it will affect me for the rest of my life

We've been using 608 for our cats and dogs since about 2007 and are very happy with the services and advice that they provide. All the staff are friendly and professional (vets, nurses, office) and it's nice to have the flexibility to visit whichever of the branches suits us best on a given day. Most importantly, all the staff clearly love the animals in their care and provide impartial advice and great treatment.

Great vets, very polite, and always friendly. We have taken our 2 sets of rabbits there for the last 15 years. I have not got a bad word to say to them. I would definitely recommend these vets to anyone.

Highly recommend for rabbits.Great vets...professional, friendly and caring. After my visit today, I am so pleased to be registered with them. The vet who checked my rabbit's paw today was brilliant with him, taking time to check thoroughly without adding stress to the rabbit.

Vet was great, it's always difficult having a pet put to sleep, but she made the experience the least traumatic it could be. Explained everything and was very caring throughout. Thank you.

Sadly my experience at 608 Vets Bentley Heath did not fill me with confidence following my visit at 5pm today. I had contacted the vets the previous week to make an appointment for tapeworm treatment to be administered to my dog prior to my return to Ireland. I was informed an OC vet would have to carry out this treatment and complete necessary paperwork and such a vet would be available today. The vet who administered the tablet spent the first 27 minutes googling what was required regarding paperwork and timescales of when the tablet can be administered prior to travel and what stamp to use in my dogs EU pet passport. I asked her if she was an OC vet and she confirmed she was but he process was very confusing. It was evident she wasn't sure what to do. I also noticed the examination table had not been cleaned prior to me and my dog entering the room. It had dogs hairs all over it. The examination room was also very warm inside and after waiting 27 minutes for the vet to google the requirements my dog was stressed and very warm. I asked if there was any water and was told to take my dog out to the reception for water.Not an experience me or my dog would like to go through again..
