Placed an order and told there was a delay when I chased after a week. I said I was happy to wait.Chased two weeks later, no response given and I then learn that my order was cancelled by looking on Klarna.Edit: this is definitely the correct business. I am posting this under a pseudonym. Perhaps look at emails you have ignored or orders you have cancelled without informing your customer.

Ordered a controller 12 days ago and still not arrived. Found it very difficult to get hold of Ash . When he finally replied to one of my many emails he was full of empty promises . I doubt he ever sent it . Would definitely NOT recommend . Hopefully I can get my money back.

Terrible customer service waiting over two weeks for a delivery of a Nintendo switch sent an email asking about delivery was offered a refund but asked for the item then got told to ask all my neighbours about delivery as royal mail cant declare it lost fir 30 days I think this was a lie as on your first email it says you can track your delivery once courier picks it up my advice stay away from this company I have all emails saved incase of a smart reply o. Here

Great- reconditioned ps5 received quickly in perfect condition and owner of business replied to me after hours to answer a query. Can’t ask for more - will definitely be a return customer :)

Fantastic service, reasonable pricing, prompt dispatch and delivery! I've been sending the link to all of my friends who have said they want a Switch but can't afford one, I'm incredibly happy with mine!
