Useless operating times. At least you had one full day open pre pandemic. 8-10am is not convenient at all.

Trying to get through by phone to ask about package which says is under paid without success. Why are opening hours so short 8 - 10 am. Why not give customers more choice and open in the afternoon once a week 4 - 6pm so I can call in your office after work to find out more about the item you are trying to deliver, as you won't answer the phone.

Very Helpful Staff and very short waiting times. I have no doubt there are busier times, but you must check this before going. Also check opening hours as these have changed. I have never ever had any issues at all and on every visit staff have been pleasant and helpful.

The opening hours are much better now than they were a few years ago. The staff are normally in good spirits and as long as you have the correct ID and have waited the alloted time you will be able to collect your parcel.The collection office is a bit dated and has a lot of unnecessary signage making it a tad overwhelming but its normally clean which is a plus.

One of their drivers wrote off my car by pulling out onto a road, at speed, without looking. The driver was blunt and rude, didn't provide their name, and just said Royal Mail's insurers would handle it and left. This was on campus at the university where there are pedestrians everywhere. A few weeks later I see the same guy speeding on campus again...

Sadly one of their staff members (male) felt the need to be abusive and threatening towards a member of the public. DJE MEDIA on YouTube.

I have never had one successful delivery with Royal Mail, my latest delivery has “address inaccessible”, bare in mind the delivery is already late, my road has two entrances and whilst one is half shut due to road works, no effort was made to enter nor try the other entrance.. Royal Mail might as-well just shut down, I can’t even say whilst it’s ahead, it’s far from it

Funny how Royal Mail's official website doesn't give the telephone number of the local delivery office, but Google helpfully do! Obviously Royal Mail don't care about customers, or bad service, so they don't want to encourage complaints, which providing the number of the local office obviously does.The regular postman is OK, but they have some right dolts as stand-ins. I get home today and find a load of bent-up letters and leaflets sticking out the letterbox (a straight-through box with no draught-excluder, basket, etc. that might lead to this sort of thing happening).Seriously how hard is it to open a letterbox and flip the mail through? What kind of loser would find that a difficult, challenging task? Not putting letters through advertises to burglars that nobody's in and the fact that it means the box is propped wide open makes my home cold and damp.

It used to be great for dropping off Tracked 24 and 48 parcels or collecting missed deliveries, now Royal Mail basically don't want us to use their Delivery Office services so cut down opening hours. The Tracked 24 and 48 items are not accepted at Post Office, so this is very inconvenient.

Useless operating times. Got a red card through the door for a next day tracked item even though someone was home to receive delivery to find it sent back to an office that isn't operating. Workers in uniform at the building would not help because the office is closed. How does any customer service point operate with open times set to 8am-10am. Hope your strike actions were worth it as you don't deserve your jobs. Terrible service
