I’ve had the best experience go-karting at Absolutely Karting last weekend! Everything was perfect, thank you. Friendly staff & the fact that they help kids with additional needs is incredibly important. We need more companies who give back to our community.

The karting was really fun, I loved it!Very disappointed that they refuse to allow you to amend bookings, no matter how much notice you give. I booked for 7 but one guy had to pull out. Let them know a week in advance but they won't give refunds. Particularly disappointing as they love to advertise they are a charity. (For transparency, the other karting place in Bristol seem to do the same)

Held my sons 10th Birthday party here and booked the Gold Package (NHS discount - thank you!) for 8 children. Come the morning of the party 2 children cancelled due to sickness, so I phoned Absolutely Karting and they said they don't issue refunds for the non-attendees, but they will provide a voucher in the amount instead. Luckily I found an available child, so in the end we were only one short. So the negatives first: Dirty toilets and they forgot to provide the birthday boy with a driver(helmet) camera. I had to request one while they were getting ready to leave the pit at the start of the race. They started the race without it and then used the red lights to stop all the karts to fix one on to my sons helmet after about 5 mins into the race - so we missed the footage of my son leaving the pit and for this error, I was going to give this review 3 stars. Lastly, I had to go back when we got home after the party, as they perhaps forgot to issue a voucher for the child who couldn't attend, even though they were aware when we first arrived, as the staff checked all those attending had completed their waivers and I confimed that they could issue one. Now the positives: Huge amounts of fun had by everyone. The kids were absolutely buzzing when they came off the track. They sat still for 5 mins to scoff down their pizza then up again, running around as they were still really hyped. Plus the sign of a successful party is when every single child says they want to have their party there too. Another positive was all the safety gear provided, racing suits, helmet liners and neck supports. The only other thing to mention was the safety video included in the pre-race briefing; perhaps a more kid friendly version could be available, as it was clearly aimed at adult customers and when it was finished, the member of staff came in and said we don't use those particular flags in the video and plus we only use these lights instead etc.

Would have been great fun except that during the family karting session they had 3 adults driving dangerously running into children and marshalls allowed this to continue. Very disappointed, will not be talking my children back.

Great family session with my 2 children. Staff were fantastic throughout, and Karts were very well maintained.

Had a seriously good time here yesterday as part of our stag do.The staff were friendly, it was pretty quick to get in and race and we had a great time.The karts definitely felt fast enough for the track and we did the extended track that went upstairs, the top part you can really get some good speed around the track.Will hopefully be back again for another race, the glow evenings look great!

Great track, well organised and the karts are in decent condition. The staff are well trained and will always offer advice if needed. The track is fast and technical in places. Always had great time here and never had any issues.
