Absolutely disgusting service!!When purchasing my car, I had no problems - to what I thought!When driven home, it was parked for a week due to insurance policy, but when coming to drive it, it had problem after problem. The car now take 15/20minutes to start up!!The first week i had it, I contacted the owner, was told he’d be in touch and will come view the car to see what can be done…. Well three months later…. I’m still trying to get in touch and have had no response!! It’s absolutely ridiculous and such a poor service.

Just purchased my car from Cars Direct. Travelled from Aberdeen after seeing car online. Accurate description of car and even arranged a personalised walk round video due to the distance to ensure I was happy before travelling down. Couldn't be happier. Friendly staff, handover of car was stress free.

If i could give zero stars I would. STAY CLEAR from here!! Sold us a car thats got so many problems if we would of read these reviews first never would we have bought a car from him! They never answer the phone drove an hour to see if it was open and it was rang whilst outside and watched them ignore the phone! Avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience, all round 10/10 service, I was well looked after by Carl, who goes above and beyond. He takes the care of his customers to the next level. The car it's self is fantastic, can not fault it at all, some areas on the car were not up to Carl’s standards and he made sure that it was rectified. Agreed to purchase car from this outfit and paid deposit. Then silence from them for two weeks - couldn’t contact them, they failed to return calls. They eventually told me the car I had purchased had been damaged and written off by the insurers - I didn’t believe them and am still awaiting photos as proof. I suspect they sold the car to someone else for a higher amount. Only following legal threats from me did they eventually refund my deposit. I would be very cautious dealing with this company. For your own protection, make sure you pay deposit by credit card and not debit card. I won’t be buying from this company anytime soon.

DO NOT USE!Sold me a dodgy car with the head gasket leaking oil, thermostat had gone faulty and a cracked coolant tank, wheel alignment out and a faulty instrument cluster after it had just been serviced and had an MOT apparently, gave me a dodgy courtesy car and now saying the car I have purchased will have to be cancelled for purchase basically because they’re too lazy and incompetent to repair a car they have sold, like I said do not use them whatsoever
