We got our food at 9.45 pm but ordered it at 7 pm.Ordered our food at 7 pm.Estimated delivery was 8.10 pm.I called Lotus house at 8.15 pm to say not received our order, how long will it take?I was told they will start our order now, (been processed) and be with me in 20-30 minutes.Our food never arrived, so phoned Lotus House again, and was told our food is on its way this time.We got our food at 9.45 pm but ordered it at 7 pm.This was over 1 hour 35 minutes late and too late at night for me to eat, sampled the food which tasted just ok, but that was it.I wouldn't recommend Lotus House as:1, Late delivery - (over 1hr 35mins)2, They lied when called them up about delivery time.3, The food wasn't worth the wait.4, Gave me a £3 refund?

best Chinesef ood ever. i have a quite spicy palette and they accommoded amazingly. my meal was amaing and they added extra spice as requested

Ordered from here as my usual one was closed. Big mistake, ordered salt & pepper chips, basically chips what have been fried about 4 times, dry & tasteless for £3.90! Chicken chow mien is slimes & it tastes like quorn, not chicken. Never again. Use a different Chinese takeaway.

Been using almost weekly for the past year, excellent food on every occasion. When delivered its always piping hot, and usually before the estimated time, when collected its ready to pick up in no time at all! On top of that the food is excellent! Good quality, plenty of it. Best Chinese I've had in ages!

I changed one of my orders, i wanted to no vegetables in my chow main but i wanted mushrooms, they did it. Never really had a problem from here if i have ive just phoned them and they have sorted it

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered food and was charged for it, and after calling for an update 1hr and 40mins later I was told they could no longer find the order, and could not issue a refund. After explaining 3 times that I had been charged and after being screamed at down the phone by the owner who just said it was tough and if I wanted any money back I would have to drive to them, I spoke to FoodHub and a refund was initiated within 30seconds, and I was told the shop had received and accepted the order. A complete lack of integrity. After having used this takeaway for the 3yrs I have lived in Sheffield, I will never return. I have never been treated with less respect.

One of the best ones I've had in Sheffield over the past 7 years...everything piping hot, good balance of flavours and it all tasted fresh compared to all other local takeaways I've tried. Will use again
