I would not but a model car from this garage! After making an appointment the Sales Agent had disappeared To McDonalds! Subsequent attempts at making contact with them with the intention of buying a car from them have failed! God knows what the aftersales service would be like. Personally, I would avoid at all costs! Be warned! Avoid!

STAY AWAY! Genuine reply. I wish I was making this up. I witnessed my partner almost get hit with a BMW by the salesman tonight after a heated disagreement. My partner voiced concerns about an engine misfire on the recent MOT history of a BMW. There was no proof the misfire was fixed and my partner, after we have experienced being sold a dodgy car before, began to explain why we needed proof this had been fixed. The salesman became quickly heated, insulted, and reversed the BMW at an high speed towards my loved one once we decided to leave. He nearly hit him. I have never heard more swear words and insults come from anyone’s mouth before than from that salesman. I cannot wait to see the harassing and attacking reply I get from you, as I expect nothing less than grotesque behavior from you. This was extremely unnecessary, embarrassing and traumatizing. I thank God you didn’t hurt my family. You decided to come out on a Sunday and meet us, you could have said no and waited until Monday. You have wasted our time and stressed us beyond belief with your violence and aggression. I hope you can learn from this. People, stay away as your physical well being may be in danger should the salesman disagree with you.Hey, Salesman, next time, instead of trying to hit someone with your car and arrogantly cursing them out, try and offer solutions instead of violence. You could have be offered to check the engine.

My brother enquired about a BMW and he went to speak to your sales team when he was met with Olly price. My brother was genuinely interested in the car and politely voiced his concerns with a previous MOT fail. Your salesmen could not provide any evidence of the work being done and Olly Price got so agressive. My brother went to leave the dealership when Olly Price got in the bmw and reversed and tried to hit my brother. This man should get the sack. What an embarrassment to your company. An absolute JOKE!!!

Sold me a car missing a glow plug, turned out to be broken off, said they would fix it and later said was not covered under warranty, car won’t start in Cold period. 1 month after buying.No integrity from this lot, move on and don’t waste your time and money.Don’t buy their fake reviews

All very nice until you have a problem!!!!Beware. I was sold a car last week. Since then, I advised them of a problem with it and asked for a full refund (as is my right for faulty goods), they are ignoring my requests for contact and have shut down all means of communication - professional huh ? Ollie, the DIRECTOR tried to get out of dealing with my complaint by telling me he was the DELIVERY DRIVER, told me to contact another number that I appear to be blocked on. They are not even prepared to discuss this with me and this is honestly all my nightmares about used car salesman come true! Only giving one star as I can't give zero. I will be pursuing a section 75 claim to get my money back, no resolution or offer to resolve from FliteLine at all. EDIT Oct 2023. Successfully claimed back all my money from these bunch of muppets. Try filtering out to the bad reviews and they are all common themes. Ask yourself why there are only 5 star and one start reviews (the 5 are obviously friends and family, the 1 star are real customers). Check out their complaints policy....yes, there isn't one which kind of tells you all you need to know.....

Bought two different cars from them, they do good trade-ins and sell cars at great prices.Richard is a very honest and trustworthy dealer.He is happy to help pre-purchase as well as post-purchase. If you do find any issues with a car post-purchase he is also happy to find a solution for it.

Horrible customer service. Stay away from them. Bought ford galaxy from them the car have problems. I try to contact them they're not help at all. I have been brought the car back once but still have same problems. Try to arrange a time but never heard back until I keep calling them. The guy is so rude. Stay away from them .

Absolute cowboys, don’t buy a car from these people!!! The 3 month warranty is useless & the service my car had the day before I collected the car clearly didn’t actually happen. My brake discs were illegal just to mention 1 issue. Absolute disgrace!
