Roger gave us a clear pricing schedule from the start which he stuck to throughout the job. He kept in regular contact and visited frequently throughout the works to make sure we were happy with progress. The team of builders were reliable and always turned up first thing in the morning on the agreed days. They made a concerted effort to keep the building work tidy at the end of each day as we were living in the property whilst they renovated our kitchen. The team were friendly and reliable, always happy to explain what they were doing that day and discuss with us if anything might have an impact on us e.g. temporarily turning off the water. The job took slightly longer than originally planned but this was outside of Brandon Builder's control and they kept us updated throughout. As with many building projects there were a couple of unforeseen issues but Roger always discussed these with us and managed to still deliver the work within the original budget. The finished work was to a good standard and we'd be happy to use them again for future building work.

I can not fault the work; the team was very professional, polite and always kept the workspace tidy. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Overall Good experience

We got our house painted from inside. Brandon Builders did an excellent job within the time promised. They were professional from start to finish and have a hard-working, reliable and polite team. It was a pleasure to work with them and would definitely recommend them .

Poor quality of service. Bathroom refurbishment job not completed and we now have to get another company in to fix the damages caused and finish the work they have not completed.The is on top of the damages caused to our lounge ceiling, where they had caused flooding.
