Appalling service, book in months in advance, no calls to take deposit just one text 3 weeks ago.When call no answer. Appointment cancelled with no text or call from the groomers to even tell me, good job I called and they finally answered then tell me down the phone it’s my fault.You charge £96 to groom 2 dogs and don’t have the decency or sense to call.Avoid.

After being a loyal customer here for 7 years with my beautiful border terrier Buddy a week ago I experienced awful service at the hands of the new branch manager, who was unable to complete Buddy's groom. Many different staff have not only been able to groom Buddy but have always done a fantastic job. Buddy reacted to his nails trying to be cut which he never has done, the notes should have been read and the correct groom should of taken place. Instead the manager was unable to do his job and placed the blame with myself and Buddy. The worst part was the manager wanted me to pay for his inadequate job and to never book again! After 7 years of service I was appalled to say the least. In my opinion this man should not be in this postion, no patience with dogs and rude to customers. Thanks to all of the girls for your hard work over the years, It really has been very much appreciated! Hopefully you follow the staff who have already left or the branch gets a new manager.James and Buddy

Friendly staff, took great care of my Dogs, good job done with the grooming of them, nails clipped, they looked smart, coats shiny.This was their first time, I picked them up , no signs of being stressed.Would highly recommend The Groom Room x

My Airedale dog who is friendly and I have had no complaints about him from anyone who knows him. I have 6 Grandchildren ages 4-12 and he has never been aggressive with anyone. I was told they wouldn't groom him because she said he'd been aggressive 3 years ago with her. Maybe it was her attitude that he objected to if she was abrupt and aggressive with him has she was with me. Very disappointed.

Took my dog to have his nails cut. Staff were very friendly. Took less than 10 mins. Only negative is I just think £10 for less than 10 mins work is quite steep.

Have visited three times with my puppy bailey . First appointment they phoned said they had had a dog with fleas can still bring bailey err no thanks. 1st visit puppy groom lovely except for fringe looked like a bowl head. 2nd visit puppy groom all good better job on fringe. Was then advised by the male groomer to bring her back for 1 more puppy groom as she was still a bit unsure about her face being done. Took her today for her puppy groom go to pick bailey up tried to charge me £45 usually 25 plus 2.00 conditioner. Face not done ears not done when asked why told she's 7 months old not a puppy anymore. But they told me to do 1 more puppy groom. So all they done was wash and blow . The girl who was working I found to be obnoxious and quite condescending to the point I wanted to walk out and not pay . I can wash and blow dry myself . Manager was called and she was told to do baileys face her face was begrudgingly done. The service we received today was appalling and we unfortunatly won't be back or recommend.

Got my dog groomed at groom room today. The staff are really nice and listen to what you want. My dog (Pomeranian) was calm and relaxed when I picked her up and she looks amazing! Thank you so much

The only groomers that my fussy pug will allow to clip her nails. Just shows how good they are on the fact alone.

Really lovely staff. Keep my Chihuahua pals calm when clipping their nails which they HATE but these women have no trouble at all and they're really quick. A brilliant job for tiny paws!
