Expensive for what they actually clean nowadays.It USED to be a good service.Today the wheels weren't cleaned.The doors weren't cleaned at the bottom.The boot edges weren't cleaned or rinsed.The tyres weren't dressed.So £8 for them to spray the car and wipe it down.Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Love the place, they do an amazing job on my car every time and for a awesome price, be great if they did a loyalty scheme, 10 washed and get 1 free stamp cards of something...

Very un poly employees shouting to customer they don’t visible displayed the prices they just ask as much they want one day you can pay 20£ and the next day for the same service 40£ . You may spend 2 hours for washing your car and if you are not happy they just tell you to go

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - if I could give 0 stars I would. Guy with black hair and a slit in his eyebrow “cleaned” my car yet there are smears from where he didn’t dry it properly and broke my back window wiper whilst drying the car I noticed he had knocked it and had come off and thought he was putting it back however that wasn’t the case he snapped it and had just balanced it on and avoiding cleaning the area and didn’t even tell me, awful morals from your employee. I will not be returning as now I have to replace it with money from my own pocket when it was your moody employees fault that didn’t even greet me or ask what service I would like, just stated that it was £8. Extremely disappointed with the service given.

This afternoon around 2:15pm was my first time at the Car Spa Hand Car Wash and all I can say that I will not be returning. It wasn't until I got home and my husband asked if I had my car cleaned and we had a look at the job they did. A customer in front of me was taken care of and they took a long time to clean their car. The job they did on my car was rushed which I did think at the time when I sat in the vehicle yet trusted they did a good job but I was wrong. They didn't even put a tyre dressing on or wiped down the inner sills. I feel absolutely ripped. Will have to go to Dixon St tomorrow where I have been many times and was always pleased with the results.

They were so busy and short staffed cars queuing outside but they done a good job. Patience needed, if you don't have patience then move on that simple.

Good work on cleaning my car but need to learn the difference between small, medium, and large cars as for pricing changes and give the same treatment to all not pick on a posh car and clean wheels all cars have wheels
