Great selection of cookies, cookie dough, milkshakes and the staff were super helpful and patient

Normally very good but on tonight’s visit the shake was very watery/milky, nowhere near how thick it usually is and we ordered and paid for large and got two regulars, didn’t realise until we’d left or would have said something. Disappointing at £9.30 for two regular watery shakes.

Watery milk shake. Just been there for a milkshake for my grandson it was terrible there was no cream and no sauce and two young girls on the counter took about 10 minutes to make it never again

It was really busy and a few people ordered like 10 drinks. I was waiting with my friend for like 20 minutes because the two people working were rushing to finish them fast enough, but they offered me a free small shake which they didnt have to and it honestly made my day ^-^ I personally think they both deserve raises!

Great milkshakes ALWAYS. However, the new renovations have took Cookiebox a step backwards sadly. No one seems to know what side to que, theres no longer that homely chalkboard with the massive selection menu. That is replaced by a TV screen that shows only what you can have (milkshakes / icecream etc) but not the massive selection ingredients, leaving punters to use their imagination (prob not a bad thing really). Also, they now make the milkshakes soo close to the sitting area that people end up shouting to hear each other over the noise of the blenders. Very poor design. Anyway, great food / drinks!! We will be back, but prob not to sit in just.

Very poor experience. Female staff member was very disengaged and strained to answer simple questions. Totally unmotivated and slouched over counter. Tables and floor were filthy. Would advise you to walk on to another outlet.

Good service but could be faster, the milkshakes were amazing! But the cookie dough! It was awful, every time I took a bite I could feel the sugar granuals in my mouth and it was quite sickening too. I'll be back for milkshakes but nothing else. Hope they can fix the problem cause I love cookie dough.

i had a job interview here a few months ago and the manager was incredibly rude and condescending the entire time. he showed up 20 minutes late to his own interview that he was holding and was completely horrible to the girls working, and held the interview in the main seating area, and asked me in earshot of his staff to name issues i noticed with the place when i walked in, when he didn’t even do the one thing he had to do properly. clearly there is no respect at all for staff whatsoever, even when searching for new staff. if you’re in the process of looking for a job, AVOID at all costs

Not sure if I went on a bad day or something but the doughnuts were awful - rock hard, stale, even the chocolate bar pieces on top were gross and soggy/chewy. I have no idea how old they were but you could've used them to repair a brick wall, so it's questionable. Don't get me wrong, they looked incredible but I've learnt my lesson.Sorry, Lisburn cookie box, won't be back.

I love the milkshakes here and the way you can put whatever you want in them!!
