Staff are friendly and approachable although a few are standing around not helping in any way.Long wait for hot drinks and food as someone “forgot” to place order.

Had my sons 2nd birthday party here and he had an amazing time, the only issue is the party table wasnt readt when we arrived but the staff were lovely and helpful couldn't do enough, the place was clean and the food was plentiful. The whole day ran so smoothly it was a perfect day. Thankyou to all the staff at treasure island for making it special.

Good place for kids.. take mine at least once or twice weekly. Family run business. Absolutely love it here.

Underwhelmed, there’s not enough toys for little ones to play with. Ball pit has a few balls and it’s pricey for what it is. £5.95 for a child and £1 for adult. Surely babies shouldn’t have to pay that much when there’s not a lot for them to do here.Also it’s freezing inside and the soft play area has awful lighting. Dark and cold.Can’t recommend and won’t return.

Had our son’s birthday party here. He enjoys the soft play - it’s not the biggest but a good size for 4-5 year olds. The party room is a decent size providing food and music and party games. Good value.

Loads for kids to do here - toddlers and older children - and a great selection of food for kids and adults alike. Really good prices - a fiver for kids and just a pound for adults - and that's for 2 hours. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and there's a lot of parking spaces right next to it. No need to book in advance.

I think that Treasure island would be out of business if there were other soft plays in northfield. It’s overpriced. 6.75 for one adult and child entry for 2 hours. Half the time the tables are covered in rubbish even after people have left and there’s back to back parties whilst you’re there meaning it’s jam packed with kids to the extent it’s unenjoyable. Not too bad when it isn’t overfilled. Action is not usually taken when there are children over four in the baby section. Carousel and the claw machine will swallow your money. We ordered sausage before which was pink in the centre in comparison to someone else’s. Kid threw up at our party and we reported it, ended up cleaning most of it up whilst someone else went to tell staff. No one came to make sure carpet was clean or cover the area so kids were running though it and we had to cover it with a chair: smells like wee in the climbing and slide area. Just don’t like it at all and think it’s well overpriced. Needs a good clean and renovating. Used to be bearable before they put the prices up twice this year.

The entrance to this location is not clear, nor marked by sufficient signage. More recently the image of the entrance on Google has been replaced with a new housing development right in front of it, obscuring the building and entrance entirely. Three times I have been here, three times I have walked round in circles looking for the entrance and twice we have been turned away, business closed early, problems with the alarms. Three failed attempts to spend my money here, not even worthy of one star at this point. Get a real manager!
