I went to a visit and found the staff sitting idol, the place was an absolute tip and I couldn't get over the type of sensory activities they were doing , ie in a pool they had orange juice and orange peel and toddlers were expected to get some sensory experience from it. Children played by themselves and had little or no interaction from the adults in the room.
