Buddha Belly Chinese Takeaway
This has to be, without doubt, the best Chinese takeaway establishment in Sunderland. The food is always of an exceptionally high standard and the delivery service is remarkably quick. Personally my family has taken delivery of food within 15 mins.Be aware though folks the phone line can often get busy but that's merely an indication of just how good this establishment is. Very strongly recommended.

Ordered food as my normal place was closed. Dear god this is bad ! Chicken is frozen bag chicken, rice was hard and old ,noodles ok . Sorry but this was so poor

Great menu selection, all the classics and very good quality - and I'm particular. Portion size is huge, but not necessarily a negative. Wonderful staff, fast service, and they get the order 100% accurate. 'atmosphere' not relevant. All chinese takeaways should be like this. Make this your Saturday night ritual. Highly recommended.

Never had a bad takeaway from here.The staff so pleasant & quick. A little tip, If your planning a takeaway on a Saturday night place your order at about 3pm for pick as they so busy you won't get through when ringing .

Third time here and each time is always great food. Tonight ordered sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. LOTS of chicken, perfectly done how i like it and tasty sauce and rice. I really think its superb value for money.

Used this takeaway after being recommended by other family members, the usual fare is on offer like all Chinese takeaways, so look on line for their menu, food tastes really good and their portion sizes are more than plentiful to satisfy most peoples hunger, we've never have any issues afterwards like some takeaways with a dodgy tummy and even leftovers are used up at some point, give them a go, it's quite popular and always busy,
