Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, scam and fraud. I booked online and paid for bin cleaning services, payment was taken immediately. I NEVER got an email from the company confirming my booking, and no one came to clean my bin the next time it was out.I emailed with no responses and phoned and phoned, and finally got through to someone, who told me that I must wait for the confirmation email from the company before the services would start. I am still waiting for that email.What I did get was a phone call a few days later with someone saying 'hello I was told to phone you' huh...........So I explained what had happened to date, I then got a email, poorly written with a calendar that indicated that my bin would be cleaned on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, Wednesday came and went, no bin cleaning. I have asked for full refund, yet again no email responses, no one answers the phone.
