My recommendation is to avoid Lenarm Security, or if you do work with them, be sure to AGREE THE PRICE beforehand, otherwise you could be overcharged.I phoned 4th September, advised Lenarm that we got new windows, and we would like to reset our window alarms. So, on 7th Donal sent two nice guys out. They arrived 90 mins later than we agreed, so that meant i couldn't talk to them as I was in work meetings.To my surprise they didn't have a look and then quote a price, they just got straight to work and reset all the downstairs window alarms. The next week we were hit with the surprise bill by Donal, and we feel we were overcharged. My wife paid the bill but she was a bit shocked by the cost.When i saw the price, i called Donal, he said his staff were at my home for 3 hours, from 2.30-5.30pm - TOTALLY UNTRUE. Honestly, they arrived at exactly 3.30pm (we are certain of this because my wife leaves the house at the same time every Friday). They left an hour or so later, definitely before 5pm. Donal also said that I had requested a 'call out'. NOT TRUE, i simply called him to explain that we wanted to get our window alarms reset, but there was no big rush or emergency call-out request.I gave Donal a chance to come back to me before i posted this review, but he didn't bother.Based on my experience, my recommendation is: find someone else, or if you must, AGREE A PRICE with him beforehand so you don't get any surprises.
