Very happy to recommend Tim at Mason Structures. He did some calcs for us as part of a kitchen diner knockthrough project, including a site visit. He was always prompt in his communications, asked good questions to ensure he understood our goals, and also took time to ensure any questions I had were answered. He offered some useful tips about where we could save money and explained various options well. Very happy with the comprehensive report Tim produced, plus his generosity in fielding a number of follow-up questions later. Given structural engineering by nature is pretty technical stuff, it was nice to work with someone who clearly appreciates their client's non-technical background in explaining options and concepts.
