Ate the food 20mins ago and my stomach is slightly cramping. Didn't enjoy the chicken burger, the consistency of it was not nice, was overly greasy and didn't really have a good taste. Definitely wouldn't rush back here any time soon. The fries were OK. The service was decent. But overall they need to improve on the food they're putting out. I would've been a regular if it was decent but atleast I know now.

First time I ordered from here, and there was a slight error with the order. However, after calling the shop and explaining the issue, the manager explained that there was a new employee who was under training. He was very apologetic and said that the remainder of the food would be delivered to me.Once delivered, I saw that extra portions of food had been added to the order to compensate for the mistake. The food and service was very good. Would definitely recommend Dixy Walsall Road, Perry Barr.

We were served by a brother from Kurdistan (sorry never got his name). Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful with regards to the choice and description of food. He was very kind to us and allowed us to eat in even though the takeaway was about to close.Gave plenty of sauces and the food was cooked very well. Highly recommended Would visit again. One of the best dixys in Birmingham, the food is always amazing being bought in store or delivered, ordered food from here many times and they have never let me down, the staff are really polite and service is excellent.

Brand new dixy they had 50% off the entire menu. Got a mega mix meal for £3.50. Burger was made fresh to order and fries were also fresh. Fries needed more salt though. The only issues were the wait time (15ish mins for a burger meal) and the fact it’s cash only.

Good food, clean environment. I ordered the chicken wings and they were already prepared which was handy. They accept card payments and customers are free to help themselves to sauces. Overall, very happy.

Honestly speaking, This place has to be the best dixy in the west midlands or even in the UK. .I live on takeaways and it is up there with the BEST.The food is fresh and the service is A1.You have to try this place.
