Absolutely perfect! I literally could not have asked for more. Exceeded my expectations in every way. The host was so lovely and she really puts so much thought in to all the details. Lovely sized room with very comfy double beds and pillows, absolutely spotlessly clean. Fresh milk in the fridge, tea making facilities, lots of little extras, and amazing value. Very handy location for going to the NEC. Being so pleasently surprised really made our trip. I will definitely go back, and will recommended to everyone. Thanks Barncroft!

Well what can I say I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to for this little diamond of a guest house I travel for work all over the country and stayed in some bleak hotels I thought this was going to be the same as the price was quite low considering most hotel chains charge £100+ for a nights stay with below average standards. I arrived at around 19:30 after driving from Stockton on tees to stay the night before continuing my journey to London I was greeted by Vicky who from the off was amazing showed me my room and asked if I had any questions or was their anything I needed or wanted which you don’t get from your run of the mill hotels.fresh milk in the fridge tea coffee sachets of hot chocolate and juice were available the bed was amazing I thought my bed at home was comfy but this was on another level that I didn’t want to get up the next morning but glad I did as the breakfast was probably one of the best I have eaten while I’ve been on the road working Vicky your sausages are spot on. This property DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER it may be cheap but for your money you go well above and beyond for your customers.Vicky you could charge a lot more for your rooms it’s just perfect even tho it was a whistle stop tour for me I have saved your details and I hope it’s not the last time I stay with you if I could give more that 5 stars you would definitely get more. Absolute perfection staying at Barncroft Luxury Guest House! The host Vicky was friendly, professional and I left after two days planning my next visit! The breakfasts were amazing, room had everything you need and more! Highly recommended, thanks Vicky!

I would give this place 10 stars if available. Best value for money and friendly place in Britain. The rooms are super clean, comfortable beds and an amazing friendly hostess.

Exceptionally clean. Very warm & welcoming. Victoria will do what she can to meet your needs. Breakfast is THE best that I’ve had at a B&B. The rooms & bathrooms are to a very high standard. It is such good value for money. We travel to Birmingham each year, each year we stay at Barncroft & I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Barncroft is also in a very good location for the NEC & a few nice places to eat. If I could I would give more stars !

This is just the loveliest place to stay. I was visiting the NEC and it's easily accessible from there. My welcome was warm and friendly. The rooms were large, comfortable and very stylishly decorated. Towels were white and fluffy. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There were all sorts of milks available and gluten free cereals. I chose a cooked breakfast and everything was perfect. I'd 100% recommend staying here if you need accommodation for an NEC visit.

Me and my partner stayed at Barncroft guest house last night and I couldn’t recommend it more!! The room was beautiful, big comfy bed, super clean, warm and spacious with everything we needed! The breakfast in the morning was amazing, so much to choose from and really tasty. Victoria was an excellent host and you can tell she goes above and beyond for her guest and making the house the best stay for you. Thank you Victoria, we will definitely be returning to stay at Barncroft soon!

Absolutely amazing ! Place is very clean, stylish and spacious. We stayed only for one night but it was a lovely quiet, remote place yet within 5 minutes of local shops. The host was just lovely and so easy to talk and also very caring and friendly. Beds were so comfy we had a perfect nights sleep! Would 100% recommend this place for anyone staying nearby. It was just a 10/15 minute drive away from Birmingham airport and station so it is an ideal location.
