Trent Valley Crematorium

I have never received such courteous thoughtful service. This team looked after my family and I so well from initial enquiry to my Mum’s funeral. Thank you so much giving a lovely send off for my Mum.

Could not be more pleased and impressed with a venue - it is perfect for such a special occasion. The moment we looked around, it felt right. Peter met us and took us through everything step by step and could not have done more for us. He was professional, reliable and made the day run so smoothly, working with the funeral director succinctly behind the scenes. It has a waiting room, huge canopy on arrival to keep people dry, screens inside and out, a great audio system and can also provide a webcast for those who cannot attend the ceremony. The memorial garden (as it has currently only been open weeks) plans are underway and we will be choosing a plot here soon. Incredible place and staff.

A well-designed new facility, providing excellent facilities for a funeral with fewer than advertised 140 seated capacity. Overflow from a larger funeral badly served NO ADDITIONAL SEATING.

Went to a Spondon ladies funeral at the Trent Valley Crematorium. The place was well laid out. various screens were displaying tasteful images. The sound system was good and made it easy for people to follow the ceremony.

For a relatively new facility we were disappointed that there is no tea room or indeed even a drinks machine, only water in the waiting room which unfortunately is also too small. Think of the revenue that could be earned from a small cafe. Other than that it is a nice facility.

Such a clean peaceful place to go for the final journey, ample parking spaces.

Attended a service of celebration today. First time visitor. It is an amazing place. A lovely waiting room and the room which the service was held in was excellent. Plenty of room and pleasant atmosphere. Liked the area outside which was covered.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Lovely new facility and friendly staff. Fantastic grounds and lots of parking.
