YOGA with James

I've been practising yoga for several years and going to James's classes for the past year. I feel I have progressed both physically and mentally in his classes more than I had in quite some time because of his teaching. Classes perfectly balance calming and challenging but are always fun and I leave feeling notably different to when i walk in! If you're looking to start practising yoga or deepen your practise I cant recommend Yoga with James enough!I've also had a Reiki session with James that had a great and lasting impact on me and would highly recommend this if you get the chance.

I have been practicing with James for almost two years. James varies his classes and will help you adjust poses according to your ability. Classes are both challenging and relaxing - building both physical and mental stamina. They have become a vital part of dealing with life's ups and downs! Thoroughly recommended.

I have been going to the classes for about a year now and enjoy it every time. There is something to learn in every class and it's always a challenge. James is enthusiastic and passionate about yoga which makes the class enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

Amazing teacher !!! As a massage therapist my self, I been looking for a yoga class, where I can stretch, strengthen and relax my body the same time. And I found it !!! It`s two years when I happily attending his classes and I love it! Highly recommended.
