Denied to provide rug doctor machine just for asking about staff rudeness towards me.he claimed to be the area development manager.Complained to complaint management department and told me to rent it from other store.waited one hour outside the shop thinking that the person will change his mind. But deeply insulted and very disappointed.No value for customers.at the end went back home empty hand.

I received excellent service here yesterday from the blonde haired chap (sorry didn't catch his name) behind the counter at this branch. Very happy and would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

This is the only laundry in the world that refuses to fold your shirts after pressing. I would not have given them my clothes if they had not said to me on the day of order placed that they would fold the shirts. Went to collect my stuff only to be told that they didn't do it and they didn't have space to put them in" after they're done (no idea what that means and also not a customer's issue)

Absolutely amazing service today. The guy at the counter was friendly and kind. I went into get my watched and was all done with in a short period off time. They are quick and friendly highly recommended them
