I been shopping at this store for as long as I can remember, I had voucher that just expired and they wouldn't recognised it, after a pandemic you would think the least they can do is accepted.All the had to do was swapt it for another, but I guess it was too much work.Really disappointing.

It is a big store with a lot of products. It all looks well outside, but it is bad quality and highly-priced. I have been served by the manager of the store regarding a return. He was unpleasant and rude, making me feel bad for daring to come and ask for my money back for a product that should last months whilst lasting just barely a couple of weeks. It is not the manager's fault the company produces cr*p and charges the equivalent of gold. However, do not put out your frustration on customers for lack of quality provided by your employer!!!

I would rate this zero stars if I could, We we’re waiting in line and the cashiers were taking forever and they had to close down a till because one of them broke it when it finally came to my turn I brought something on sale and they charged me the full amount so I went back and asked for a refund and they said okay. I arrived home to see my bank account and instead of giving me a refund they charged me even more. It seems that the cashiers lack experience and don’t know what they are doing as they make many mistakes and laugh it off.

My Son bought a fine coat in H&M unfortunately it had a fault and the Manager was very kind & understanding and gave a full refund. His name I believe was Aiden and he is an excellent Ambassador for H&M

Avoid this store! A very unbothered cashier gave me a gift receipt instead of an actual receipt and when I wanted to return their products elsewhere, they wouldn't accept the items. Customer services have offered no solution and are incompetent at contacting the store as they don't answer their phones. Awful customer service never shopping there again!

Always shopping there for myself and child,but in past few days staff been very observing and made people uncomfortable to do even browsing, you cantvsoend bit longer ther check what they have cos staff is been rude,impolite and miserable.Theyve judging people and tellimg to colleagues watch her/him before even u leave till point leaving alot in them bloody till!!Disgraceful ,especially Indian women in child department

Extremely helpful staff always come out with what I went in for. Considering the size of the shop they could really do with some more changing rooms in the men's and children's section! Especially for junior Girls they like to try clothes on and it is a bit of a nuisance having to keep going to the ladies changing room on another floor especially if you need to grab other bits last minute as the men's changing room, there are only 2 cubicles shared with the children section.
