To pee you have to bend the other way since there is no leg room. I guess the owner has never used one of the bathrooms he rents us, nor the architect who designed it.

It is 15 minutes away from the city centre by walk. The place is clean, but the walls are very thin and I can hear most of things from the next door and the bathroom is very small. I still think it is a very good value and I would recommend this place.

Nice view, attractive room, small but nice. The bottom half of the mirrors and shower were dirty and there was quite a bit of dust.The lass who we saw earlier than check in was very helpful and put our bags in the room.Theres a built in twin hob and a microwave in the room and I guess that qualifies it as a studio apartment but to me is a well equipped hotel room.This was for my daughter and her bf, they both loved it and overall was good value

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Sparkling clean, spacious and well kept room. All services are technically integrated. I stay here every time I am in Nottinghamshire. First class!!!!

When you are disturbed by the noise of other tenants in your sleep... you will feel helpless... From around 3 o'clock to now at 4:30, there has been no stopping of conversations, conversations and laughter... Give me enough time to rate it... ⋯One more question⋯⋯The lift cannot be used! It’s the third day from the day of check-in to now⋯⋯

Dwell City is now on my list of favourite short stays!The room was clean and comfy, and the service was superb (I arrived earlier than planned and needed to check out later than planned as well, and I was prompted attended to with the early check-in and late check out service.I'll definitely be visiting again.

Really good.A five minute walk from the city centre but it can be a tad tricky to spot on your first attempt. Safe entrance through a code system.The room has a small kitchenette which could be really handy if you're staying a couple of nights.Clean rooms, decent vibe, and a good price. We parked in aw pay park a short walk away - no bother.Well recommended
