Keats' Walk
Really nice walk. You can loop round, enjoy the countryside by the river Itchen, the beautiful Hospital St Cross, then the city centre including the historic cathedral and college. We did about 7k but it was a really nice and varied walk.

Keats' Walk
Pretty stream runs down one side of the road. It's fine, but just a road!

Keats' Walk
A gentle, two-mile round-trip walk south from Winchester past the cathedral, the College, Jane Austen's house, then through the water meadows along the River Itchen to St Cross, probably the oldest known charity still functioning from 1132. Return the same way or along Kingsgate Road, or walk a little further south, cross the valley along Five Bridges Road and stroll back next to the Navigation, possibly stopping at the Handlebar Cafe up on the old railway embankment.
