Ok Alton is nothing needs more shops

We did am am balloon flight departing petersfield. So much work to get a balloon up and ready to go. Felt so safe in the basket. It was so quiet. Amazing value for £100 one and half hour flight, champagne on landing andini bus back to petersfield after landing in a field in Sussex. Great staff chatty and friendly .Very charming, professional pilot. Awesome weather and views.

Main issue for me is appalling quality of phone service. I accept having to hold for a long time but to have to listen to the same message about being able to use an online chat service repeated every 7 secs is incredibly annoying. The message itself lasts 20 sec after holding for 20 mins I had heard the same message 40 times… it really is guaranteed to wind you up. Virgin need to do better.PS - they have now refunded voucher, so have up weighted from 1 to 3 stars

After a few disappointing cancellations due to the weather we eventually got to go up what a fantastic experience well worth the wait and the captain and staff were really lovely and put you at ease straight away would love to do it again
