Blue Lass Tattoo are fantastic.From my first message they explained everything too me all the information I needed and what is required from me and what to expect from them.I’ve had 3 tattoos from Zara all large pieces one being a cover up and she’s always been friendly and understanding of my personal circumstances I’m disabled nothing is too much trouble I love my a tattoos. and I can’t wait for my next appointment.I also been tattooed by Colin again excellent service and friendly and happy with my tattoo.I have attended one of their get what you get days and was tattooed by junior artist Louise again excellent service and great tattoo.Over all I highly recommend Blue Lass Tattoo great atmosphere and very professional from all the team.

Crackin bunch who'll go above and beyond for their clients if they can, given you don't mess them about. Always make you feel at ease and work with you to get all aspects of your tattoo just right. Outstanding artists banging out phenomenal work. Wouldn't go anywhere else. *****

Truly disappointingMy Mother and Sister had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 with owner/artist - Zara.Through the interaction we had for the short 5 minutes in the shop and the messages exchanged between her and my Mum afterwards. I can truly say I’ve never come across a more selfish company.My sister forgot her I.D and we were totally aware that she couldn’t be tattoo’d after the receptionist explained they can’t accept a picture of the ID and it would have to be physical. We accept full accountability for this and all we asked in return was the opportunity to reschedule with another Tattoo artist or another time at the shops convenience. We were told this wouldn’t be possible due to their rules, and having read other google reviews I am now aware that this is a common occurrence. Having many tattoos myself from many artists I totally understand the importance of taking deposits and not wasting the artists time. All we wanted was a gesture of good will as this was only a small sentimental tattoo.This tattoo, was meant to be in remembrance for my late father. And we had just came from registrars office, so clearly our emotions were running high. Though we didn’t swear or become aggressive, we may have raised voices just due to the nature of the tattoo and circumstances.Through messages we received later Zara let us know that you only receive a gesture of good will “rescheduling or refund” if you pander to them. Zara also feels that WE made her feel guilty. But we actually only made her and the receptionist aware why myself and my Mum turned up late.All in all I believe this whole situation could have been avoided by my Sister remembering her ID which was her fault. But I’m glad it didn’t as it has opened my eyes to the true greed and blindness of this shop.

I recently got a tattoo here with Zara and when first booking the tattoo I was guided amazingly through everything for the shop and their procedures through Messenger with Miranda.Booking the tattoo with an absolute breeze and on the day of the tattoo I was presented with several different designs made by Zara based off the theme I had asked for, all of which were amazing!Even sitting to get the thing was made easy by the artist. I was booked in for a 4 hour stint and can suffer from my joints seizing up at times but at no point did I feel I needed a break and I was made to feel comfortable throughout.I was so impressed with the service that I am already booked back in for a custom Fullmetal Alchemist piece at the end of November again with Zara and have so many items for much more work in the future. This may be where my wages vanish to into 2023 at extreme speed!

The best studio!I've been going to Zara for a wee while now and I'm always blown away with her talent and her ability to take my ideas and turn them into the perfect tattoo!Everyone in the shop is super friendly and they all have a great sense of humour. Between that and the excellent movies playing in the background, the shop has such a unique, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere!I can't wait to finish the rest of my star wars sleeve, and I have a few other ideas planned for the future too.. and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I have been tattood by Zara, Louise and Colin and all 3 pieces of work are the best 3 tattoos I have. Miranda is a great studio manager and has made me feel welcome and comfortable every time! I have had great experiences every time I have been in and cannot wait to book in for more. It is a bit of a long trip for me to get there but it is 100% worth it and I would recommend the shop and all 3 artists to anyone looking to get work done.

I was very disappointed in the attitude of the staff. My daughter and I booked tattoos together. Unfortunately my daughter forgot her ID which is completely her fault and we do understand the rules even although they were repeated in an aggressive manner. I turned up 8 mins after my daughters appointment and was told I was late! I am unsure how long this tattoo would take but I accounted for prep time, cleaning the equipment etc. When we asked if we could reschedule the appointments we were told we would need to pay another £80! And that she had turned away customers to do us. I always try to shop local and give Falkirk a chance but the attitude of the staff was shocking and lack of compassion or understanding or willingness to offer an alternative is not what customer care is about. This could’ve easily been resolved. Sorry blue lass your business etiquette needs some work. I know you don’t care unfortunately but we won’t be back.

I have used Blue Lass multiple times and have had such a positive experience every single time. Louise has done almost all of my tattoos and is amazing! All of the staff are really friendly, professional and really make you feel at ease. The general atmosphere in the studio while your being tattooed always makes it a really comfortable environment. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now. Would 100% recommend.

The staff are lovely! Already booked to return in a few weeks! I LOVE my tattoo, the detail is crazy.
