Two really helpful members of staff. Took my phone in apparently not working. They found that this old man had inadvertently dulled the screen, and they fixed it in 40 seconds. I will use them again if I get a real problem. Roger P.

I bought two items to protect my new phone, when I got home and opened the screen protector, I found it was cracked.The case I also bought has scratches whether it was cheap stuff or used and resealed.Sadly I didn't ask for my receipt.

Just been to have me pixel 4 phone charging port fixed as the port wasn't working properly whenever I plugged it in. I had to force it in and move the cable around a bit to get it to work. And it was fixed in half an hour and only cost £22! Was just a bent pin! Luckily it was repairable! Great service! :)

It was good however the first screen replacement was faulty and do we had to wait again to get anothwr one replaced however there was no extra charge

£35 to unlock phone as its difficult they said? Managed to do it my self by ringing 02 after visiting o2 shop for advice. Took 2 hours for unlock it my self for free.
